SMARTDATA

SMARTDATA 2024-2026: Innovative solutions aimed at enriching data and services

Smartdata is a project born with the aim of improving the logic of the systems by exploiting the organization of data in an intelligent way. The activity will be focused on the elaboration of the data in order to add ” features ” and organize it autonomously and independently. The data organized is extracted as a collection of valuable information that can be used to support the intelligent services.

The project includes two main activities in the areas of geomatics and machine learning.

Multivariate analysis on PET and clinical data

1) Correlate the neuropsychological indices (column M = MMSE G; column R = EMS; column T = FVS; column AD = ratio) with the presence or absence of global amyloid (column F = PET pos / neg result; column AF = cortex global; column AG = glob / cerebellum)

2) Correlate the neuropsychological indices (column M = MMSE G; column R = EMS; column T = FVS; column AD = ratio) with the presence or absence of amyloid in particular brain areas (columns: from AH to FJ)

3) Evaluate if and which of these indices (column B = education; column D = age; column I = initial diagnosis; column M = MMSE G; column R = EMS; column T = FVS; column AD = ratio; from the column to be AF up to column FJ) predict conversion to AD (column AE = convert / not convert).
