 We want to create a system to support maintenance and / or training activities with technicians of complex systems (SCADA, technological networks, remote assistance to customers and suppliers, etc.) who, reaching the places of activity, are recognized and profiled by sensors proximity as a maintenance technician or trainer. The system will be able to activate, through semantic web and machine learning algorithms, the information and procedures necessary for the work phases (e.g. datasheets or manuals) on devices such as smart glasses or other wearable systems, or remotely activate online assistance on work sharing channels via the web together with technicians not present who can instruct, follow and guide the activities of maintenance technicians or tutors
